Soup is certainly one of the best things that you can eat when you are trying to lose weight. A cabbage soup diet is one of the best types of soup that you can eat. Ok, it doesn’t sound the most appetising and, particularly when we were children, the cabbage was always the last thing that we would choose to eat. However, cabbage soup can be made so as to not taste of cabbage and, as long as you don’t go overboard and start putting in ingredients that will obviously stop you losing weight, it is an incredibly good way to change your diet slowly.
The reason why cabbage weight loss is achievable is because cabbage is water based, and water doesn’t contain many calories. In essence, soup is also water based; similar to a stock.
