When attempting to lose weight, people nearly always forget what an influence the mind has over our ability to shift those pounds. We seem to regard weight loss as a purely physical thing which means that we do all the physical activities that we regard as being beneficial to losing weight. By this, I mean that we are more than happy to try and undertake a diet, or go out and do some exercise every so often because we believe that these physical processes are going to have a greater effect on, what we perceive to be, the physical process of weight loss.
However, it is incredibly important that we use the mind when we want to lose weight.
