The Bree Broyce weight loss story is incredibly inspirational. It details how a 234lb woman lost a huge amount of weight, dropped numerous dress sizes and ended up winning the highly-coveted title of ‘Miss South Carolina’ in America.
We always like to report on any celebrities that have had fast weight loss experiences – it’s always good to see what diets they’re following and because they’re in the public eye so much we can see how much they’ve lost, or follow their campaign very closely. This week we bring you the story of Sara Rue, a 32 year old American actress, who said she never used to wear a bikini because of her weight.
It’s always inspiring to hear weight loss stories from other people as it makes you stop and think about how you could change your life for the better by using some of their examples and applying it to your life. Here we look at the Boring family who have between them lost a grand total of 518 pounds (that’s over a quarter of a ton!).
Emma decided to share her weight loss success story with all WeightLossTips.co.uk readers. She is a 37-year-old housewife from Manchester, who managed to lose 55 pounds within 12 months. My name is Emma an I was a 231lbs (105 kg) female, a little over 1 year ago. At 5′7″ (1,74 m) everyone that looked at me was totally entitled to list me as obese. The main weight gain occurred during my pregnancy.

Dean is a former footballer. He has practiced sport as a professional level for almost 25 years. His body was trained to consume lots of energy daily since he was 10. Dean’s problems started to appear after he retired. He gained wait almost instantly as he failed to modify his diet once he stopped doing 3, 4 hours of daily physical activity. Read his whole story. When you’ve played football all your life, you tend to get a little bit complacent when it comes to weight. Having been in a youth academy since the age of 10 and after a professional career spanning over 20 years with decent teams throughout the inferior British League Divisions, and thousands of practice games with my mates, I was in tip top condition when I retired, from ‘professional’ activity, aged 40.
